The APM defines Project Management as:
"The planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of a project, including the motivation of all those involved, to achieve all the agreed objectives"
So it involves not just being clear about what we do but also who needs to do it and how they'll be managed during the project.

We can all list a roll call of projects that have overspent, come in years late or missed their deadline. Our goals as a business has always been to manage projects within budgets and within timescale to deliver what the customer wants when they are expecting it. We take great care to manage our clients expectations and agree mutually beneficial dates with all key stakeholders.
